I offer a block of 4 x ( 1 on 1 sessions ) for £120 (RRP £140 save £20) If you would like to book this please contact Liam and go ahead and book your 4 sessions. You need to book a minimum of 1 session a week for 4 weeks to receive this deal.
Booking Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of its time, you will be
charged the full fee. This is due to your slot being assigned to you
and there not being enough time to find a replacement.

ABOUT ME
LIAM FORREST
I started boxing from the age of 12. Team sports never really took my interest. I just liked the idea of fighting and learning how to defend myself and I fell in love with boxing.
I began boxing out of Brighton where I joined MouIscoombe ABC. I won the southern counties multiple times and won silver in one of Europe’s largest boxing tournaments. I then moved to Repton BC in East London where I won the London championships to become one of the top competitive athletes at my weight category in the south of England.
I am set to box in the elite ABA championships to take England’s position but my career has been put on hold due to the pandemic. Due to boxing tournaments currently on hold I decided to start training people.
No matter how fit or what level of boxing you are, I love sharing my experience with people, helping them improve their techniques and improve their fitness.
Unlike doing a boxercise class with an inexperienced PT, I can offer my clients the ability to train like a real boxer.
I love seeing my clients improving week on week and I find seeing their progress very rewarding.
I train not only the body but the mind for mental toughness.
